pregnant... :)

hey ...
today I thought I would give you a pregnancy update...
although I am  not sure there is much going on lol.
I can say that I am not nauseous or sick of any kind. which is a blessing.
And Lord willing I will continue to be that way.
I watched my poor Sister-in-Law sick practically the whole nine months
with my dear little niece and I prayed that I wouldn't be...
We haven't gone to the doctor yet and there is so much that we haven't been able to
do because of Christmas holidays and weather...
(I know there was only a few inches, but down here the weather
stops everyone lol )
Pray that we will be able to get on Tenncare.
It's a program to help low income families with small children and women
who are pregnant get the care they need.
And with Willie in school it will be a blessing.
I think we will  try and go tomorrow. :) not sure. :)
Another of the major symptoms I am having is going to the bathroom...
Willie laughs at me all the time because I will just take off running...
and he usually can guess where lol :)
I have had an increased appetite... lol
and am exhausted all the time... sleep half the day and most of the night.  ;)
well I better let you go because I am beginning to get a little tired...

...zzzzzzzzzzzz ;)
oh P.S. ... If you were wondering why there is a cute little picture of a pumpkin
I have been calling the baby punkin'  :)

Merry Christmas.

Christmas timeis full of surprises...

a spring to your step...
and lift your spirts high...
A little over a year ago, December 5th, 2009
I got the best Christmas gift and surprise a
girl can get.
My then boyfriend of almost a year took
my sister her boyfriend, and my best friend miriam
on a weekend trip to Ashville North Carolina
to see the beautiful Christmas light and decorations
of the Victorian Era estate of one of the largest homes in America.
The Biltmore Estate.
Well my darling man also had a few more surprises up his sleeve...
When the moment was right...and the snow was gently falling around us...
my sis and friend... Camera's posed
He asked if I would become his wife...
I thought that I would shaare some pictures of the pretty estate
as a Christmas greeting.
Merry Christmas!

This Christmas is no excepion.... surpises are the order of the day...
can you guess?

Starting Traditions

There is nothing better than starting a tradition.
especially if it is for the newest part of your family.
For our Honeymoon we went to
Disney world's
Magic Kingdom

So for our first Christmas we decided  to get a disney  ornament for our tree.

which then led to our decision of getting disney ornaments every year.
most of the time they will have the year marked on them.
With special ones in between for special occasions.
There are lots of new traditions we are starting.
Each one becomes a part of our life together.
Each one is unique to us. Each one is a wonderful memory
for us to share with our children and grandchildren.
Starting Traditions are a wonderful... well tradition. ;)

Happy Thanksgiving

Hello, I just stopped by to wish you a wonderful
Thanksgiving this coming week. and wanted to share
Some fun and beautiful pictures and quotes on  Thankfulness.  And Thanksgiving. :)
So wishing you a very joyous and heart filled Thanksgiving.
1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18
Be Joyful Always; Pray continually; Give Thanks in all circumstances,
For this is God's will for you and Christ Jesus
"Gratitude is born in hearts that take time to count past mercies."
[Charles E. Jefferson]

"In ordinary life we hardly realize that
we receive a great deal more than we give,
and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich."
[Dietrich Bonhoeffer]

"Life without thankfulness is devoid of love and passion. Hope without thankfulness is lacking in fine perception.
Faith without thankfulness lacks strength and fortitude.
Every virtue divorced
from thankfulness is maimed and
limps along the spiritual road."
[John Henry Jowett]

"Perhaps it takes a purer faith to praise God for unrealized blessings than for those we once enjoyed or those we enjoy now."
 [A. W. Tozer]

"You say, 'If I had a little more,
I should be very satisfied.'
You make a mistake.
If you are not content with what you have,
you would not be satisfied if it were doubled."
[Charles Haddon Spurgeon]
"Remember God's bounty in the year.
String the pearls of His favor. Hide the dark parts, except so far as they are breaking out in light! Give this one day to thanks, to joy, to gratitude!"
[Henry Ward Beecher]

"No longer forward nor behind
I look in hope or fear;
But, grateful, take the good I find,
The best of now and here."
[John Greenleaf Whittier]
"We would worry less if we praised more. Thanksgiving is the enemy of discontent and dissatisfaction."
[Harry A. Ironside]

“Thanksgiving is more than eating, Chuck…we should just be thankful for being together.”
[after Snoopy and Woodstock accidentally shoot Snoopy's rifle] Come on, Snoopy. We don't have any time for this playing around. The guests will be here pretty soon, so please get ready to help serve them.
[Snoopy sighs]
Charlie Brown: We've got ANOTHER holiday to worry about. It seems Thanksgiving Day is upon us.
Sally Brown: I haven't even finished eating all of my Halloween candy.

"O Lord, who lends me life, lend me a heart replete with thankfulness."

“A thanksgiving-day hath a double precedency of a fast-day.
On a fast-day we eye God’s anger; on a thanksgiving-day we look to God’s favor.
In the former we specially mind our corruptions; in the latter, God’s compassions;
therefore a fast-day calls for sorrow, a thanksgiving-day for joy.
But the Lord’s day is the highest thanksgiving day.”
[George Swinnock ]

"Our rural ancestors, with little blest, patient of labor when the end was rest, indulged the day that housed their annual grain, with feasts, and off'rings, and a thankful strain."  [Alexander Pope]

"The Pilgrims made seven times more graves than huts.
No Americans have been more impoverished than these who, nevertheless, set aside a day of thanksgiving."
[H. U. Westermayer]

"No longer forward nor behind
I look in hope or fear;
But, grateful, take the good I find,
The best of now and here."
[John Greenleaf Whittier]
Psalm 100:4-5
"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good and his love endures for ever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations."

Just a quick note. ;)

Yes I am alive , no I haven't abandoned you guys
and it all boils down to the simple fact that I have been super  busy. ....
the reason you may ask?
 Is this

This is the trailer my mother and father in law are going to let us use...
but it has been a storage unit for the past twelve years...
and there was so much to do...
It is not finished yet, and I have more pictures to post.
Just wanted to let you know that I was alive lol
and asking you to please not give up on me...
Keep us in your prayers. the trailer isn't finished and
there is so mucch to do... plus Willie's school
is keeping him ever so busy, and with everything
the big picture looks very unorganized and muddled.
Which drives me crazy because I like to make my
lists and have my plans , and follow through with them until I
have reached them... in otther words
My husband on the other hand is not that way...
He is laid back and very calm and collected.
Which also helps me, because he can calm me down with
one look or word.
I am trying to be patient, but I need your prayers
because God is teaching me something big.
So I need to go for the evening, but just thought I would drop a line and say hi. :)

Hello! :) I am back from the Honeymoon and relaxing a little today... well sort of...
I am working on Laundry and trying to get caught up on face book, and my blog lol. :)
So I have been going through my pictures of the wedding
and thought I would share my favorites with you.
I can't share them all lol, but the highlights are lovely, and they are the best. :)

Getting ready. This is my Friend Sarabeth,
She did an awesome job with my hair.

Something Old: (My Angel pin From Gram)
Something New: (My handkerchief and Pearl necklace from Gram and Papa)
Something borrowed: (Pearl Earrings From Mom~ Sheila)
Something Blue: (I made my garter, and it has blue on it.)
And a penny for my shoe for luck: (from Daddy.)

A little bit of elegance...
My sister decorated the tables.
Me and my Cute little Flower Girl,
and my niece. When we gave her, her bouquet
she kept shaking it...
Later we found out that she wanted to drop petals
and couldn't figure out why
the flowers wouldn't work. ;)

Praying together.
This one is Willie's favorite picture.
Because prayer is important to both of us. :)
The Kiss! :)
 The Receiving line.
Presenting  The  Mr. and  Mrs.

I don't know what I would have done without her! :)
She is the best.
Our Rings Mine is a matching set and his is made of tungsten.
Our Wedding Cake.
A very dear friend made the cake,
She is just sixteen. And truly has a

Stealing kisses... ;)

My Great looking parents.
Daddy is so handsome,
and Mama is so Beautiful!
A classic picture. :)
Until death do us part...
I never understood the picture until my sister
(who set it up )
says see your hands are connected and the
graves in the background.
putting it that way, I just fell in love with the picture. :)

This may sound vain, but it's not.
I just really like this picture...
there are a lot of pictures of me
I don't like....
like the ones of me sleeping, that my husband likes to take
and won't let me delete. lol
(He thinks I look really cute. <3)

I love the perspective of this picture.
This one makes me think protection.
His name means,
determined guardian
So I love that I fit into his arms and how he
always makes me feel safe. <3
To those who have watched  Princess Diaries
The 'foot popping kiss' :) :)
I do actually have to stand on tip toe to
kiss him. :) He is
and I am
a whole foot taller than I am!!!! :) :) :)
Quiet moments...
Peaceful moments.
Goofy moments...
Fun Moments.
Romantic Moments...
Sweet Moments.
As always in a wedding nothing goes perfect.
But, this was a blessing!
Just before we had to walk down the isle
our sound system went cu-put
My good friend, (like a brother)
Seth, the one on the left
was able to play while all of us walked down the isle. :)
Stella is our first niece and only niece as of right now.
We truly do love her and were
thrilled that she was our flower girl. :)
The dip.

A moment to rest. <3 from all the whirl windiness of the day. :)

Willie picking some bird seed out of my hair that was sprinkled
prematurely on my head. lol :)
